Text Messaging (SMS) Privacy
If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages, Turnipcare may send you SMS messages related to appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling.
These messages do not contain protected health information (PHI). We do not send diagnoses, test results, treatment information, or other clinical details via text message. Messages are limited to scheduling logistics only, such as appointment date, time, and location.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Your mobile number is used solely to deliver the scheduling communications you've consented to receive.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
